Provincial Louis XV Desk, possibly France, 18th Century

Elegant and finely proportioned desk on cabriole legs with three drawers and a superstructure. The upper section features a faux book-spine door on the left, while the right side is designed as a slanted writing compartment with a fall-front, interior storage, and drawers for writing implements. Additional drawers are integrated into the sides. The green painted finish is original. The writing surface retains traces of the original black leather.
